Residential:
Support
Counselor (Direct Care):
Provide care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities
living in a residential group home setting to maximize each individual's
potential. Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED; be at least 18 years
of age; have a valid driver's license with a clean 3 year driving
record; and the ability to lift. FT and PT, 2nd or 3rd shift.
Program
Supervisor:
FT - Responsible for the overall operation and management of a residential
group home. This includes providing care and assistance to the individuals
living in the home; supervising and training direct care staff;
and ensuring a safe, home environment. On-call responsibilities,
as required. Qualifications: At least 18 years of age; HS Diploma/GED
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred; prior human services
experience; valid driver's license with a clean 3 year driving record
and the ability to lift.
Day
Services:
Instructional
Assistant (Direct Care):
Assist adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting.
Participate in social and recreational activities, provide care
and assistance to achieve each individual's maximum potential. Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED, be at least 18 years of age; have a valid driver's
license with a clean 3 year driving record and the ability to lift.
FT, Monday through Friday.
Instructor:
Provide care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities
in a day program setting. Ensures the safety and well-being of each
individual in the classroom, directs the daily work of the instructional
assistant, organizes and participates in social and recreational
activities. Qualifications: At least 18 years of age; Bachelor's
Degree in Human Services field with 2 years of experience or Associate's
Degree with 4 years of work experience in the field; valid driver's
license with a clean 3 year driving record and the ability to lift.
FT, Monday through Friday.
Ridge
Crest:
Nursing
Assistant:
Responsible for providing daily care for children and young adults
who live in the facility. Participates in social and recreational
activities. Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED, be at least 18 years
of age, and ability to lift. FT/PT, various shifts.
In-Home

Support Specialist (Direct Care)
Diverse position and can vary greatly depending on the needs of
the individual and/or family. Oversees and assist individuals in
their own home. Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED, be at least 18 years
of age; valid driver's license with a clean 3 year driving record
and must have own vehicle, and the ability to lift. PT hours available.
Nursing:
LPN/RN
Various FT/PT positions available in both our Residential and Ridge
Crest Programs. Will provide nursing care and assessment to the
individuals under their care.
