Montgomery
County Day Program Consumer Makes "Cutting" Edge Donation
Nina,
a member of LifePath's Montgomery County Day Program, recently made
not her first, but third, donation of hair to the program
Locks of Love. Locks of Love is a non-profit organization that provides
hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under age 18 suffering
from long-term medical hair loss from any diagnosis. Nina's mom
says it takes about 2-3 years to get Nina's hair long enough to
meet Locks' requirement of 10 inches. Pictured below are Nina before
her "trim," and after showing off her cute new style!
